Real Estate Agent lead generator needed for a Short Term Rental company here in San Diego. Access to title information or close title company contacts required. Duties would include monitoring the MLS and properties for lease that meet criteria to become successful short term rentals. Initial contact would be made with owner to secure either a lease-to-own, subject to, or master lease agreement. $1500 comission would be given for any deals that close (which could be up to 4 per week).

Pay: $46,366.97 - $174,422.35 per year
