We are looking for a RCM Client Relations Specialist that will serve as an integral part of our Billing Operations and provide legendary customer service to ensure strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Successfully on-boards new Revenue Services Clients including;
• Manages transition from existing billing processes
• Processes Clearinghouse & EFT Enrollments as needed
• Sets up client workflow in Billing System
• Communicates client needs/workflow clearly to team members
• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships for Revenue Services Clients
• Communicates with clients through an established cadence to review progress and questions
• Submits accounts monthly to collections for clients
• Creates and maintains monthly and annual reporting
• Researches and maintains knowledge of payer requirements for each states’ Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial plans
• Serves as a subject matter expert with a deep background knowledge of ambulance billing
• Provides input for product improvements/enhancements
• Assists with first-tier phone/ticket support when needed
• Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

• 3 years-experience in the medical, EMS or Fire billing industry
• HS Diploma/Equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Knowledge of third-party payer requirements including federal, state, and private health care plans and authorization process.
• Knowledge of basic insurance policies, procedures and reimbursement practices.
• Working knowledge and application of basic accounting practices, ICD-9 and 10, CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize project needs
• Great critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to facilitate Internal and External meetings
