Currently, we are seeking a Reliability Control Board (RCB) Data Analytics Team (DAT) Project Lead. This role supports an AIRWorks customer in Patuxent River, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
This position will provide Project Lead (PL) support from AIRWorks (AW) Director and Deputy Director in support of the NAWCAD RCB Office. The NAWCAD Reliability Control Board (RCB) Data Analytics Team (DAT) continues to expand the comprehensive reliability and maintenance analysis and dashboards across NAVAIR platforms. In addition, they continue to evolve metrics to capture costs and readiness impacts. The RCB DAT requires surge support over the next two years to rapidly implement processes, metrics, and toolsets across NAVAIR.

Detailed primary tasks include:
- Supporting, organizing and prioritizing daily task or issues identified by the RCB Manager
- Supporting the RCB Manager by coordinating significant tasks, barriers, and issues all NAWCAD Leadership, while maintaining the ability to work independently to plan and execute all project requirements.
- Provide project strategic guidance and recommendations to the RCB Manager.
- The PL will be responsible for communicating with RCB Manager, project team members, customers, stakeholders and other technical competencies on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to maintain project performance, cost, schedule sufficient to identify critical path delays and provide related mitigation strategies.
-The PL will also conduct Project Management Reviews consisting of C/S/P planning, documentation, tracking, reporting and associated metrics for the AIRWorks PM to adequately establish resource requirements and ensure project requirements are attained.

The AIRWorks PL will provide project support to the RCB DAT as they continue to expand services across NAVAIR platforms. This augmentation will specifically include PM support for Data Analytics and expansion support for the Cost & Readiness Impact Model (CRIM) application. Support will include both programmatic and technical expertise as the RCB DAT continues to pursue Government expertise over the long term.

The candidate will lead the effort in the planning and execution of project Cost/Schedule/Performance to include the following:
- Data base management for NAVAIR contracts, projects and systems data.
- The PL is responsible for the Project Execution Strategy (PES) to include executing all project activities to include support and analysis, acquisition support planning, procurement contracting, creating and managing schedules/spend plans, resource management, plan of action/milestones, document and data management, and sustainment activities.

Basic Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN (Mid): A Journeyman level person within a labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a BA/BS degree. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.

SENIOR: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience related to the functional duties for that labor category and a MA/MS degree. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Familiarity with NAVAIR SETR events
- Ability to communicate and adapt well in dynamic team environments
- Good organizational skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the Financial Compendium

Education Requirements: BA/BS or MA/MS. Substitutions: Six (6) years' additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Associates Degree plus four (4) years' relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years' additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Security Clearance: Secret or Secret eligible (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: 15% Travel

Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
