Raging Waters Los Angeles is a subsidiary of Palace Entertainment, a leading leisure park operator in the United States overseeing more than 25 entertainment venues, hotels, and educational venues across 10 different states.
Position: Raging Waters Los Angeles – Admissions Manager
The pay rate for this position is $23.00/hour.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers all front gate personnel schedules
- Handles all employee evaluations and counseling
- Directs the operation of the front gate to ensure the orderly movement of guests entering and exiting the park
- Supervise Admissions & H2Go team members
- Supervises the handling of lost and found items
- Post schedules 2 weeks in advance
- Supervises the care of lost children
- Address guest concerns
- Knowledge and understanding of park and departmental procedures
- Understand POS system and loss prevention procedures
- Assist guests in a helpful and courteous manner
- Communicate well with guest, team members, and management
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of team members and desire to assist with questions, problems, issues and concerns
- Strong communications, problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
- Previous office experience preferred with strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat.
This role is a seasonal position - tentative start date May 2023
