The General Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the site according to Company standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. This role will also develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business. This position will also ensure that the overall Company mission and core values are applied while consistently meeting expectations.
Position Requirements:
· Successful experience in the industry or related
· Can drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty
· Are production driven through hands-on management and lead by example
· Enjoy team building including training and developing people
· Enjoy working in an outdoors, fast-paced, customer focused environment
· Have mechanical aptitude; analytic and strategic thinking ability; excellent communication skills
· Strong work ethic, energy and motivation
· Must be able to work a minimum of five days per week; a minimum of 50 hours per week including weekends and nights
· Must have a successful completion of a criminal background check
· Fluent in English
