We are hiring a dynamic Quality Inspector to join our dedicated team for Temp to Hire position located in Londonderry NH. The position is within an organization with expected growth and advancement opportunities.

Job Summary:

Quality Control works hand in hand with the manufacturing team and ensures all in-process, final, and incoming inspections meet the company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read prints/drawings as well as job documentation to make sure all requirements are met. This includes but is not limited to basic dimensions, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, surface finish, material type, and plating/finish requirements
• Able to use a variety of measuring devices that include but are not limited to, calipers, micrometers, scales, and gages.
• Complete inspection operations while following prescribed sampling plans
• Verify that Operation Steps as indicated on the Job Traveler have been signed off for the prior operations before beginning the job.
• Record and archive inspection results
• Write up, review, and disposition of non-conforming parts and products.
• Complete first article inspection (FAI) reports when required by the customer
• Complete job travelers and ensure job paperwork follows parts through the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adherence to the Company’s Personnel Policies & Procedures
• Additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to follow instructions verbally and or in writing
• Ability to operate in a manufacturing environment, in a safe and responsible manner
• Maintains accurate and complete records.
• Must be able to stand for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Lifting capabilities 15-20 lbs. repeatedly with a maximum lifting of 50 lbs.

Education and or Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 experience in Quality control role
• Proficiency using calipers, micrometers, gages
• Proficiency understanding blueprints
• Great work ethics
• Great communication skills

This is a second shift position with required training on first shift.

Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm

Payrate: $18 - $22 per hour Depending on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
