Position Summary
This role is key to facilitate the growth of quality within the Rotork supply chain Factory.

The Opportunity

Position will report to the Plant Manager and responsible for working with the Quality Team to drive excellence with respect to product quality and internal processes.

The role requires implementation of effective corrective actions through robust root cause analysis and facilitation with process owners.

Will determine Root Cause, Corrective & Preventative Actions: Problem solving techniques, internal and supplier issues.

Quality Management System: Provide support to manufacturing to develop effective procedures/work instructions that meet the requirements of ISO9001 and other quality management standards

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Audits and develop a process audit plan and execute
  • Provide support to manufacturing to develop effective procedures
  • Implement methodologies for establishing “cost of quality”

The Successful Candidate:

  • Degree in Quality, Engineering or manufacturing or equivalent qualifications
  • Ideally 5 years’ minimum of relevant experience in an assembly environment
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management required
