DO YOU HAVE A FLAWLESS EYE FOR DETAIL AND INSPECTION? ARE YOU TRAINED IN ISO-9000 DOCUMENTATION? CAN YOU READ BLUEPRINTS, GAUGES AND TAPE MEASURES? DO YOU HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE INSPECTING LARGE SCALE FABRICATED METAL PRODUCTS?

We are looking for -

· 3+ years of experience in QC

· 3+ years’ experience using a manual micrometer

· 3+ years of experience using calipers

· Skilled in reading blueprints

· Skilled in reading a tape measure and conversions

· Experience with ISO-9000 standards, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma

· Experience with quarantining non-conforming parts

· Experience with PPAP strongly preferred

· Experience with working in manufacturing environments/ shop floor.

· Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) in PC-DMIS is a real plus

· Experience in QC analytics and report writing

· Strong Math skills

· Experience with Excel is a real plus

We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) making radiators with copper cores and steel frames through metal fabrication, welding, heavy assembly with pneumatic hand tools, QC/ ISO, material handling and use of hoists and cranes.
