GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Quality Associate will work with the Health, Safety and Quality department, leading the effort to promote a Quality culture within EDP leveraging the systems in place to gather data, conduct quality audits, and track progress of metrics to completion.
Main accountabilities:
- Be an advocate for Quality, driving a strong and committed Quality culture throughout the organization
- Assist with Historical Quality Data Processing and Reporting to help define trends / focus areas
- Assist with review and communicate ImPaQ (Quality Management System) cases
- Assist with the Quality Assessment program, leading the effort to collaborate with sites, monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues
- Assist with digitizing operational checklists/documents and provide troubleshooting support to field teams
- Support the development, validation, and documentation of new quality control checklists in Excel and Resco.
- Contribute in the development and publication of standard operating procedures based on process flow charts
- Support the development and testing new performance metrics in Power BI
- Assist the development team in the testing and documentation of new software interfaces and BOT
- Additional duties may be required
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 2 years of relevant experience in Quality
- Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.
- Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferred

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
- Safety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
