QA Inspector Lewisberry Job at Alphabroder
This position will focus on Quality Assurance for both incoming products and outgoing orders. The individual needs to be flexible to changing needs of our growing company. Cross training, computer skills and time management skills are essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR INCOMING INSPECTIONS:
- Perform initial inspection of inventory and sample product according to AQL
• Complete inspection forms • Complete inspection projects (i.e. 100% inspection of selected products)
- Identify all defective product issues with incoming merchandise
- All other tasks assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OUTGOING INSPECTIONS:
- Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout
- The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout
- The imprint is straight, clear, legible
- The imprint color matches the Final Layout color listed and PMS Book if applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RETURNS INSPECTIONS:
- Perform initial inspection of inventory and sample product according to AQL
• Complete inspection forms • Identify any/all defective product issues with returned merchandise
- Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout
- The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout
• The imprint is straight, clear, legible • All other tasks assigned
