Purchasing/Stores Office Assistant
Position will entail drafting purchase orders based on information provided from various individuals. Attention to detail is critical. Individual will also assist with data entry of daily inventory sheets, posting packing slips, and filing. Other tasks that may be considered are assisting with daily inventory counts, checking on inventory, and assisting others with product research and quote requests.
You should be proficient in:
- Commodity Purchasing Experience
- Sourcing and Procurement Experience
- International Sourcing Experience
- Supplier Negotiation Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Microsoft Excel
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- ERP Software
Salary info:
$18 - $18 / hr
