This full-time position performs a combination of laboring, equipment operation, semi-skilled building, and mechanical trade assignments involving the maintenance and repair of City streets, buildings, and related property including both routine and emergency work. Graduation from high school and at least one (1) year of experience in general construction, equipment operation or repair, and maintenance work. Valid Iowa driver's license as a need to operate a city vehicle to travel to various work sites. Candidates subject to pre-employment physical, drug testing, criminal history and background check.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
