We are looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our team and work at our partner's skilled nursing facility located in Masury, Ohio. This 123 bed facility treats dementia, stroke, ortho, and many other types of patients.

This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist to help your patients get healthy and get better - where you can make a difference every day!

You Will:

• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Premier policies and procedures.
• Evaluate patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, assists assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Sustain superior client relations with facilities and their staff.

What We Need from You:

• A commitment to helping our residents achieve optimal outcomes.
• Proof of being a graduate of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• A valid state professional license.
• A valid state driver's license.
• A completed and successful TB test, physical examination and a criminal background check.
