Realty Management Associates INC(RMA) is in search of a new marketing agent for our property management company. The marketing agent will be the face of the company to perspective renters, tenants and property owners. The position will mostly revolve around responding to rental inquiries, taking applications, processing documents, and office filing in addition to other tasks around our office.
RMA was Idaho's first certified residential management company and have been a leader in the property management industry since the company's forming in 1978. Our company is a medium sized family owned company with a great atmosphere that has accumulated great individuals with lasting relationships that we think you could be a great addition to!
Responsibilities
The marketing agent is going to be responsible for a number of items including:
- Answering phone call/email questions about available rentals.
- Updating and managing active rental listings.
- Collecting and filing tenant/owner/ect documents electronically and physically.
- Being up to date of fair housing rules and regulations in the implementation of marketing.
- Working with property management software, Microsoft office and Windows.
- Collecting and submitting rental applications.
- Ect.

Qualifications
RMA is looking for applicants with the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Great personal skills to communicate verbally and in writing with perspective applicants, tenants and rental owners.
- Great Organizational Skills
- Good self discipline to work independently through out the day.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- A good reliable vehicle to at times visit rental properties.
- Availability Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.
- Motivated to learn new technical and industry skills in property management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
