We need a Project Manager who’s an A-player, takes complete ownership of their projects, and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Working flexibly and 100% remote, you’ll manage full project lifecycles for our tech industry clients and collaborate with our specialists team on execution. You will be responsible for resourcing, executing, and monitoring progress on multi-tactic campaigns, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You’ll constantly learn and grow with us, and we’ll ensure you feel highly valued, appreciated, and know you are an integral part of our organization.

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that solves marketing challenges for our clients, who are all B2B vendors, partners, or distributors in the tech space that require a simplified, holistic measurable solution.

What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing:

  • Create, manage and own project execution plans which include but is not limited to setting priorities, developing task lists, and allocating resources that will enable us to hit project milestones and deliverables
  • Use critical thinking skills to analyze information during the planning process and make quick decisions within a set of constraints, foreseeing the implications for the future of the project.
  • Perform quality control throughout the production process to maintain the expected standards
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with specialists and third parties to develop campaign assets and drive campaign success
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs ensuring that we stay on track and on budget
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders so that all teams are continuously aligned throughout the duration of the project

What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing:

  • Using your deep understanding of clients' goals, industry, and digital marketing to develop and gain buy-in on strategies and messaging to achieve measurable ROI within budget, and documenting those strategies in comprehensive written briefs, as well as clear, simple, visual outlines (e.g. miro boards, etc.).
  • Utilizing your phenomenal leadership to continuously drive the measurable results for which you have ultimate responsibility by working with the Account Manager – your peer and partner, and the Digital Marketing Specialists on the projects the PM manages.
  • Using your critical thinking and attention to detail to ensure all digital marketing assets and deliverables align with agreed-upon strategy and our high quality standards.
  • Ensuring client success and happiness while serving as a strategic trusted advisor with data-driven thinking, people skills, and high EQ, and uncovering opportunities for account growth and new business as a result of client satisfaction.
  • Continuously growing your expertise in the digital marketing space and tech industry and seeking continuous improvement with a self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally with a marketing, business, or communications emphasis) preferred, but not required.

  • Minimum of 3 years in a project or program management role executing B2B digital marketing strategies that align with and achieve company strategic goals, with the ability to effectively manage those strategies and produce the desired results

  • Experience working in an agency setting and/or experience with companies or clients in the tech space is ideal, but not required.

  • Strong computer proficiency required. Experience with project management tools e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com etc

    Pay: From $45,000+ depending on skills and experience, plus bonus and the generous benefits listed above
