Experience Required:
- 10-15 years of project management experience using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience creating and updating PMO templates and process
- Mentoring junior PMs
Skill Required / Desired
- Project Management experience Required 13 Years
- PMP Certification required Required
- Microsoft Project web experience Required
- Experience using Agile methodology Required
- Experience using Waterfall methodology Required
- Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches to successful project implementations Required
- Solid PMBOK project mgmt practices including cost management, benefit analysis, risk management, timeline estimation, resource mgmt and change control Required
- Experience creating and updating PMP templates and processes Required
- Experience mentoring junior PM's Required
- Ability to analyze, produce solutions and solve project issues Required
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across business groups Required
- Ability to lead, motivate, encourage and influence others to perform Required
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Required
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required
- Sensei experience Highly desired
