Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote ( But may visit Temecula, CA occasionally for meetings)
Duration: 12+ months contract (With Possible Extension)
Required Skill Set:
Project Management ideally with data integration into Salesforce or projects involving the data structure.
Highly analytical & process-oriented; Cross-functional background
H1 Integration Responsibilities:
- Understand the vision & outline the business requirements to integrate 3rd-party physician data into Salesforce Contacts
- Manage the project aspects & integration efforts for the Business, partner with leads in IT for a successful integration
- Coordinate the refinement of code clusters that will be used to group procedure data; heavy involvement with managing the list and engaging with partners in HEOR, marketing & sales
- Develop a training plan for the Sales team based on understanding of that H1 tool, the project plan and determination of what will be integrated into Salesforce
- Create governance model/approach for review of Contact data and processes for the Sales team and CommEx to review on a regular basis
- Understand the Salesforce roadmap & key projects (e.g., Marketo integration) to be assure the project will not negatively impact future plans
- Key project stakeholders: IT, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Marketing & Sales
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Salesforce: 3 years (Preferred)
- Project management: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
