Locally-owned, small scale home renovation company located in Natrona Heights, PA is looking to add a Project Manager (PM) to their team. We are a cohesive group of employees and subcontractors who take pride in providing the highest quality workmanship and outstanding customer service to our clients. Integrity and high commitment are essential in this position, as is being open-minded.

The Project Manager would be responsible for project implementation, site management and site safety, as well as helping to complete the project at hand.

This employee will be able to work from blueprints, specifications, drawings and instructions to repair, build, remodel, retrofit and maintain various types of facilities and structures, both residential and commercial.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive, with a strong background in managing both residential and commercial renovation projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

· Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work
· Maintaining project safety standards
· Performing standards of workmanship that meet the project’s requirements and
are consistent with industry best practices
· Managing the crew to accomplish the task, including teaching and guiding less-
experienced team members
· Maintaining the tools and equipment, as well as the work area to keep everything safe and in working order
· Proactively creating lists of materials, supplies and specialty tools and equipment
needed to perform the work and complete the project
· Coordinating work with, and providing updates to, the Director of Operations and
others involved in the project

MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
· Direct and supervise employees and subcontractors to ensure schedules,
standards and budgets are met and adhered to

· Review job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
· Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects
· Speak with supervisors, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss
and resolve any matters such as work procedures, complaints and/or
construction problems
· Investigate reports of damage, acccidents or delays at construction sites to ensure
that proper procedures are being carried out
· Keep client’s project clean, and ensure all trades and subcontractors do the same
· Organize workflow to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct management experience, with a solid working
knowledge of the specific work being performed (ex: concrete forms, electrical,
drywall framing and hanging, etc).
· Ability to read blueprints and specifications in order to create material lists
· Effective communication skills, a drive for results, organization and planning
· Trust-worthy, respectful, dependable and cooperative
· Must have current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record, as well as a
reliable vehicle
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Must be a problem-solver and multi-tasker, with a positive and upbeat attitude
· Must be able to make quick decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
