Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position from anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform key program management support duties with respect to coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, Agile ceremonies, preparation of meeting materials
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior leaders in Agile Program Management Office (APMO) to gather requirements for data entry, WBS maintenance, meeting development and minutes documentation
Assist Program Management staff with work tracking and triaging of risks, issues, and action items.
Performs a variety of coordination activities including but not limited to personnel, administrative and programmatic duties in support of government customer program
Manages personnel onboarding
Coordinates candidate interview scheduling between hiring manager, interview panel and company recruiters
Maintains program position vacancy, new employee, and program position tracking database
Coordinates and provisions new employee resources including badging and IT equipment and access to IT systems
Tracks program team internal and company-wide compliance training requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma / 6+ years’ experience or undergraduate degree with 2 to 4 years of experience; equivalent years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Proficient in creating and updating spreadsheets, including generating metrics
Demonstrated experience using MS Office products (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint) and using the Internet
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and organizational skills
Able to prioritize work and meet quick turnaround deadlines
Detail- and process-oriented
Preferred to have experience working in an Agile PMO
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer.
Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer.
Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc.
Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; IT service requests; work orders; etc.
