We're looking for a proactive and motivated Project Coordinator to join the premier experience design agency in the region. The Project Coordinator position is part of our Grand Rapids-based Project Management team, and will be involved from initial project planning through design/development to final deployment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our Project Management team as needed, including: Take detailed notes during client meetings, draft follow up emails, draft and send project status reports and create project journals
• Business operations, including: manage time tracking, create time reports, arrange travel for employees, manage office supply inventory, purchasing and shipping
