Responsibilities:
- Assigned to Site/Area Manager. Responsible for all work functions, including end product related to planning, scheduling and cost engineering. Monitors and analyzes project cost, schedule, revenue, develop & implement procedures and processes.
- Experience in controlling multiple projects with minimal oversight is required.
- This individual will lead all project control responsibilities for any approved project, including Prism Reporting, Cost Forecasting, Cash Flow, Earned Value Management, Change Tracking, Quantity Tracking, Weekly Reporting, & P6 Schedule.
- Hands-on involvement in production of established client reporting criteria.
- In addition, will support the estimating and planning stages of potential projects.
- Will work with the Client, Construction Manager, Superintendents, & the Project Controls Manager to ensure accurate and timely deliverables relating to overall project status.
- Will direct the role & responsibility of other project control individuals assigned to the project.
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Power Plant outage experience desired. Must be highly proficient in spreadsheet design, purpose and use. Specifically use of Primavera P6, Pivot tables, Look-Up tables, as well as cell functions, formulas and calculations.
- TVA plant outage and schedule experience a plus.
- Construction Management background a plus.
