We're deliberately growing, and seeking Project Architects to join our team.

As a Project Architect, in support of the assigned Project Manager, you will engage in the design process, from conceptual design to completion, of some of the most iconic and exciting projects across south Florida and the southeastern U.S.

Examples of Day-to-Day Activities Include:

• Develop quality designs and construction documents for permits
• Take ownership of the project from conceptualization through project close-out
• Develop project zoning and building code calculations
• Develop Life Safety calculations and drawings
• Develop and monitor man-hours for projects & tasks
• Prepare construction documents for permitting using Revit
• Lead in-house staff

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in local building Codes/Guidelines
• Industry A/E/C work experience 5+ years (minimum)
• US work experience
• DoD experience highly desired (Must be a U.S. Citizen)
• Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent)... architectural license highly desired
• Computer Skills: Autodesk REVIT; Autodesk; AutoCAD; Bluebeam Revu; Microsoft Office 365; Sharepoint; Microsoft Project
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity; Strategic thinking; Handles criticism constructively; Avid listener & learner; Great team player
• Essentials: Exceptional written documentation and record keeping; In-tune with new technologies and workflow processes; Strong organizational and time management skills

• Deerfield Beach, FL
• Jacksonville/Little Rock Area (Arkansas)
• Fayetteville Area (North Carolina)
• Savannah Area (Georgia)
• Remote Candidates will be Considered for Select Locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
