Project administrator Job at Mott MacDonald
Mott MacDonald is looking for an experienced and motivated project administrator to support our clients throughout the Denver area. You will serve as an administrator on various planning, design, and construction services projects. This position will sit in our Lakewood, CO office.
Responsibilities are as following:

- Serve as project administrator, supporting large and complex projects with multi-discipline project teams
- Manage document management, file storage and quality control activities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Assist with general project tasks including scheduling, invoicing, and reporting
- Assist with project-specific tasks such as customer coordination and communications
- Assist with project logistics and event planning
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate for this Program Administrator position on the Denver Water Lead Reduction Program will possess the following skills & qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication skills (client and customer interactions)
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Teams)
- Experience with SharePoint site structure and development
- Experience with document control procedures
- Basic scheduling concepts
- Familiarity with pay application review and invoicing processes
- Ability to utilize multiple data sources for research and validation
- Ability to plan & organize events
