The Program Supervisor works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support and accountability among coworkers while actively supporting the philosophy of the Agency and maintaining a high level of commitment to persons served and program staff.
The Program Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a fifteen-unit apartment building in Chicopee, Massachusetts. This may include arranging for and executing moves, intervening in crisis and following protocols and participating in treatment and other meetings.
