Program Manager - Community Support Services Job at Accord

We are also offering a $1500 new hire bonus paid in 4 installments at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

As a Program Manager Community Support Services: *
- Be called to live out the mission and values of Accord - help people to live their greatest lives and listen, learn, and lead in your role.
- Manage and supervise a high performing team. Coach, train, support, and lead the team and position them for success in their roles.
- Be forward thinking; identify, propose, and carry out opportunities to grow the program.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Monitor and review program expenses and revenues; investigate issues and offer solutions to resolve financial problems.
- Travel locally for work with limited overnight travel possible.
- Advocate for and ensure excellence and quality services.

Requirements
- All staff are required to provide proof of Covid 19 full vaccination or have an approved request for exemption. You'll need this before you join our team!
- You must also have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Note: If you hold a Social Work degree, we expect you to be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
Work Environment:
The Program Manager Community Support Services in this position typically works a Full-Time, Monday - Friday, day hours, an occasional evening and/or weekend is required. Accord also offers a flexible work environment. To learn more, be sure to apply!
