One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Manager for our government client immediately! The PM will provide grants delivery and management oversight for the program and will work closely with stakeholders to ensure program success. This PM will have extensive knowledge with grants and prior government experience. This position is a remote role with the occasional on-site visits needed for meetings and working on classified documents with the occasional travel globally to on-site visits to contract locations This role does require an Active Secret clearance prior to start date and requires the ideal candidate to already obtain USAID experience and/ or federal OCONUS grants experience. Please do not apply if you do not already obtain an Active Secret clearance.
Duties
  • Provide oversight to contract and guide apparent awardees through the pre-award process, develop work plans and grant milestones, ensure all grantees achieve objectives laid out in work plans, and achieve related milestones
  • Will provide financial, contractual, and operational leadership and support to the grantees to ensure contract compliance, and liaise with program relates to grants management
  • Will ensure that all project activities are implemented in accordance with the USAID policies and regulations
  • Travel internationally as needed to contract work locations to ensure success and consistent work efforts are executed
  • Will deliver leadership, direction, oversight, and technical expertise in support of contract activities

Requirements
  • Must already obtain an Active Secret Clearance
  • Must have prior USAID experience and/ or federal OCONUS grants experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years or more of progressive work experience in managing a large portfolio of grants
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, public administration, public policy, or related field. Masters degree preferred
  • Prior demonstrated experience in managing a large portfolio of grant awards to small and medium size enterprises.
  • Must reside nearby or within the Washington D.C. area (no relocation assistance provided)
  • Provide previous experience and a demonstrated track project design, implementation, and management
  • Must be able to work independently within a remote working environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
