Nazareth Child & Family Connection is seeking a Program Manager for Residential Programs. Our residential programs serves children who are in the custody of Social Services due to abuse and/or neglect.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing and on boarding of new direct care staff members.
  • Providing initial and ongoing training to direct care staff members working in the residential homes.
  • Assist in identifying on-going training needs and identifying resources to fulfill that need.
  • Providing on-going supervision to the direct care staff and program oversight.
  • Ensures all homes are following all applicable internal policies, and state and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in Performance and Quality Improvement Committee.
  • Complete performance evaluations and corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring our trauma informed model is implemented.
  • Prepare reports and attend meetings internally and externally as needed.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to support direct staff during after hours emergencies. This may require coming to the home during evenings and weekend hours.
  • Maintain scheduling of direct care staff to ensure appropriate coverage at all times to comply with state mandated ratios.

Qualified candidates must have a four year degree, (preferably in human services) and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in the field of children and family services. Candidates must also display strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
