Need 2 Days Onsite in a Month (Client location: Hudson, NY)

Role Description
Looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager with have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. Demonstrated capability to lead t he overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.

Job Description
# 12 years# experience in information technology, enterprise data-center technologies.
# Experience in leading varied CPG Manufacturing project engagements like Digital transformation, consulting implementations operations etc., having been a part of at least 2-3 sizeable business enablement engagements
# Experience with GCP Migration Project
# Experience with GCP Integration Project ( Bui lding DW from consolidating data from various sources ), understanding data modeling work and its dependencies
# Experience in leading and managing teams with partner agencies and globally distributed virtual teams
# Extensive experience planning, fa cilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
# Experienced in Agile Scrum ways of working
# Up-to date on latest trends in eCommerce, digital marketing, data & analytics and aware of areas like CRM , Campaigns, Supply chain, logistics and finance
# Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling senior customer stakeholders independently
# Strong customer focus # expertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and being able to consult & provide possible alternatives
# Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
# Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
# Lead team of technical and suppo rt specialists, monitor and report service SLAs and metrics and establish high performing governance model
# Provide guidance to the team and establish operational best practices
# Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
# Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendor.
# Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
