Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Primary Job Purpose.
  • To promote a culture within the leadership of the PM’s that promotes industry-leading customer service and high levels of responsiveness
  • To deliver profitable business through effective commercial planning and execution.
  • To deliver world class customer service through the Customer Focused Team structure, ensuring KPIs are effectively developed, monitored, and actioned
Requirements of the Role
  • Ownership and Accountability of the Program Management Team
  • Delivering functional improvement activity across the PM’s to ensure effective team governance, visual management, KPI management and improvement as well as capability
  • development and improving the physical environment of the teams
  • Development and deployment of customer engagement plans to deliver improved customer service.
  • Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue, market share and business profitability.
  • Key inputs into the SIOP process and assurance of 100% On Time Delivery to customer demand.
  • Developing and maintaining outstanding customer relationships, with regular face-to-face reviews (QBR’s) across key customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is being developed.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Director, Account Managers, and the Global Account Management Team to manage key customers (existing and new) thereby improving turnover and profitability
  • Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume, and efficiency targets (KPI’s) in line with business objectives
  • Observing and complying with company health & safety policies and company standard operating procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
Competency
  • Significant experience in Operations & Manufacturing. Good understanding of the SIOP, Customer demand and commit process. Electronics manufacturing is a major advantage.
  • Outstanding experience in customer relationship management particularly through a Sales and Marketing, Account Management responsibility.
