Job Requirements:
The Program Finance Analyst is responsible for leading the provision to program management scheduling, resource planning, cost analysis and reporting services for multiple contracts. The role requires Department of Defense (DOD) program experience as a Financial Analyst and/or Planner and may require leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Interfaces and collaborates with multiple functional areas in the development, resource loading, status, and updates of Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
- Generate Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and financial reports to enable Program Managers to manage cost and schedule performance on their programs, as well as supporting executive leadership reporting requirements
- Works collaboratively with Program Managers to establish program baseline IMSs for Initial Baseline Reviews and facilitate processing of baseline change requests
- Generates/reviews accurate and complete monthly IMS CDRL submissions
- Provides Earned Value status and performance reporting against baseline schedules
- Owns and facilitates ETC/EAC reporting
- Prepares financial and EVM data to be presented at monthly Program Management Reviews and quarterly Board of Directors meetings
- Implements process improvements to improve timeliness, quality, and completeness of financial and schedule reporting.
- Generates pricing and other ad hoc financial and schedule reports, as needed

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance related major, plus a minimum five years related business experience in administrative or financial functions working on government DoD programs
- A minimum of three years of experience using Earned Value Management Systems/Tools and processes is required
- Expert proficiency with Costpoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Critical path analysis and experience supporting government program/project management in accordance with ANSI 748
- US Citizenship is required
- Eligible for security clearance
