Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Trainee’s main task is to:
Job Responsibilities:
- Be ready and willing to receive standard training
- Must work in his/her designated area under direct Supervision of an A, B, or C
Operator at all times
- Learn basic product identification
- Perform plant cleanup standards tasks during and at the end of an operation or workday
Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- High School Graduate or GED desired but not required (Processing Technology degree a plus).
- No experience required
- Have general knowledge of plant safety rules
- Knowledge of our quality policy and objectives
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use their hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- The team member frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- The team member is occasionally required to sit.
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally move or manipulate drums weighing between 200-400 pounds.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be
met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
