Position: Production Technician - NTP
Location: North Tonawanda - NY

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


The Production Technician will perform the full range of assignments involved in functioning within a self-directed work team. The Production Technician’s primary responsibility will be the operation of the activators, final screening operations, by-product processing, and blending requirements. The Production Technician will operate the following equipment: Activator process and auxiliary equipment, lift truck, end loader, measuring instruments (analytical balance, scales, rotap, sieves, etc.), and designated hand tools. The Production Technician will also operate the Baker and Press Room Process and Auxiliary Equipment, computer equipment and software, and communications equipment, including radios.

Qualifications

  • A high school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing or industrial environment experience is required.
  • 2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
