The production team lead works as a production operator and manages operators' attendance
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety rules on production operators to avoid accidents and production hazards
- Ensure that all production operators in a team wear protective gear during production and monitor all production operators to ensure adherence to instructions
- Use a computer system to write daily start/end reports, keep track of attendance, and manage incidents
- Mediate between workers and management to enhance smooth communication and settle disputes
- Inspect production operators to ensure the company’s standards in quality are met
- First point of contact from Nexien to the client supervisor
Qualifications:
- English-Spanish bilingual preferred
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Willingness to learn production and machine operations
- Undergo training working on-site, performing all responsibilities, and training new production operators
- Excellent communication skills
- Time/task management and delegation
- Problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player, to keep team members motivated
