The Bean Trailer has been featured in numerous Youtube videos and other promotions nationwide. Our sales reach customers all over the country! We're very excited about our product and want to find the right person to share in our excitement and join our team as a Production Supervisor.

The main role of this position is to oversee daily production and manufacturing operations to ensure processes and procedures are being following in your assigned area of function. Other job responsibilities and duties are as follows:

Schedule if flexible. Ideal hours are 1:30 pm to 10pm or 12 am M/F or M/Thurs

What You'll Do:

· Remain disciplined in processes and procedures

· Be proactive in seeing issues before they become an issue

· Bring new ideas to production for more effective processes

· Develop and mentor employees through effective training and consistent feedback to include bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly one on ones

· Oversee all daily operations of area assigned from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed

· Develop and improve processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity

· Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards

· Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions

· Commit to plant safety procedures

· Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

· Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results

· Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus

· Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
