Production Supervisor Job at PHA USA LLC
General Description
Assist in the manufacturing of products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow. Support the Plant Manager in the coordination of daily requirements and achievement of productivity.
Job Responsibilities
· Accomplishes production personnel’s objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; enforcing policies and procedures.
· Support production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results and productivity; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
· Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs or coordinate maintenance.
· Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
· Maintains quality service by monitoring and enforcing organization standards.
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
· Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related assignments as needed.

Education Required:
High School and 3+ years’ experience in a related field.
