The Opportunity
As a Production Content Specialist, you will manage digital item data to allow a positive experience for our guests online. You will complete item set-ups within the assigned level of service via a partnership with merchants, digital merchandisers, and team members.
Your role will be hybrid and located in West Chester, Ohio

- Your ideas will support Frontgate in driving the digital shopping experience with a convenient, reliable, and instantly gratifying purchase process
- You will report to the Manager of Digital Commerce
Your Impact
- You will be the owner of all product set-up processes includes adding item-level content (copy and dimensions) for products; adding specifications, manual instructions, and other relevant content for each monthly assortment
- Pull monthly assortments and validate that new products & skus are correct and in the preferred inventory status before ecommerce work begins
- Organize, and upload new products onto

- Management of the internal Web Help Desk email- responding and resolving product issues from cross-functional partners
What You Bring
- Minimum Education: Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- You will have moderate Excel (pivot tables, graphing)
- Experience with web technologies – HTML, JavaScript, ASP, and XML
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
