We are looking for a Production Lead to help support all aspects of our Value Added Services (VAS) operations at our Pleasant Prairie facility. This position assists in directing and coordinating activities related to the production of customer promotional products and is primarily responsible for the daily activities of the Value Added Services staff during production of orders, monitoring inspections and special projects per customer protocols.

Hours: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:30pm

Pay: Based on experience and duties.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all employees are following all safety rules and protocols
• Oversee three or more Value Added Services repack lines
• Train and direct the work activities of the Value Added Service Line leads
• Provide input on disciplinary issues
• Ensure food sanitation and safety protocols are followed
• Monitor breaks and lunches
• Drive process and performance improvement
• Ensure proper inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand on feet all day - bend, lift, and twist in all planes of motion
• Must be able to speak English and Spanish
• Prior experience leading a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrates patience and is personable
