Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and mixers)
- Must be able to follow recipes use scales and have basic math skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs throughout the work day
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Culinary school diploma preferred
