Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00a – 3:00p
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00p – 11:00p
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00p – 7:00a
LaPorte, IN
$19.00 - $22.00/hour – based on shift, experience, and position
Requirements & Skills:
- High School Diploma
- 2 + years’ experience working in a production environment
- Experience in forklift operation or remote overhead crane
Primary Duties Include:
- Operation of sit-down forklifts and remote overhead cranes
- Operating cut to length lines and slitters, entering measurements into computer
- Working as a team to get product loaded and unloaded from machines
- Prepare and package finished material
- Data entry and reporting shortages to supervisors
- Construct skids and pallets
- Check packing list before final shipments to ensure correct products are going out
