Production Associate- 2nd Shift Job at Wilson Language Training
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis. He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals.
Essential Job Functions
- Attending to the details of daily work orders.
- Performing repetitive tasks such as building boxes.
- Work as a team
- Be able to learn and remember the Product codes and correctly assemble a variety of kits
- Understand and display WLT’s values
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Skills:
- Following verbal instructions.
- Following written instructions.
- Loading and unloading materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds each.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment
- Ability to lift heavy boxes repetitively for 8 hours
Education or Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience
- 3-6 months of general warehouse experience preferred.
