The STEM Supplemental Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the ongoing marketing management and growth of Imagine Learning’s STEM supplemental portfolio, with a primary focus on contributing to the development of new supplemental math instructional solutions from a market expert perspective. Based on a deep understanding of the customer and the market, the STEM Supplemental Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Product Marketing Director and the Product Leadership team to help inform ongoing development of product. The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for executing the Marketing Plan, effectively positioning STEM supplemental products in the market, creating awareness, generating leads, and enabling the sales team.

    : This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $100,758 and $109,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience .
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including the following elements: 1) Market analysis and competitive positioning, 2) Thought leadership and messaging platform, 3) New feature promotions to potential and current users, 4) Sales tools and collateral including presentations, case studies, demo videos, marketing materials, and white papers, 5) Digital marketing campaigns to drive renewal and expansion, 6) Sales training and enablement tools, 7) Communications and resources for current customers.
  • Craft elements of future marketing plans, leading up to independent marketing activity planning, with eventual oversight of marketing plan.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing team to execute campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and support the execution of effective lead generation programs.
  • Deliver comprehensive Competitive Analysis to help inform and shape the product positioning and effectively differentiate the product in the market.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to train and support sales teams to articulate product positioning and advantages.
  • Work closely with the Market Research team to understand customer needs and competitive landscape and test all positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with all key cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, Curriculum Experts/National Presenters, Sales and Success Teams, and Event Marketing.

Share Your Expertise
.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and at least 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience in EdTech; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Teaching license and Mathematics elementary and/or middle school classroom/curriculum experience preferred.
  • Experience or interest in coding and/or computer science preferred.
  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of the K-12 marketplace and our company’s position within it.
  • Strategic marketer with a passion for the customer.
  • Outstanding writing and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex issues quickly and summarize key points and implications.
  • Strong collaboration skills with an outstanding track record in facilitating alignment across stakeholders and teams.
  • Self-starter with experience (and desire) to work in a fast-moving environment.
