The Product Manager will work with a dynamic team to enhance and create products for our customers. They will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, the Product Manager’s job will also include ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead product planning in the development, implementation, and oversight of product roadmap and product life cycle.
  • Maintain the Product Roadmap and prioritize development tasks in cooperation with the Executive Team, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Develop product requirements, customer requirements, competitor analysis, sales collateral, training content, and product messaging.
  • Understand business value (ROI, payback, NPV, gross margin) and develop business case, prioritize opportunities to drive company revenue and profitability goals.
  • Follow and analyze market, regulatory, and technology trends to position products and collect input from customers and stakeholders.
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Up to 15% travel required

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Transportation Industry experience preferred.
  • Software Product Management experience is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is largely a sedentary role.
  • On occasion job may require standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Ability to enter and exit out of commercial vehicles.
  • Ability to occasionally lift 20 pounds.
