COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of extrusion blow molding, one-step molding, two-stage molding, reheat & blow (or blown molding of any sort) or injection molding processes and equipment
• Knowledge of Bekum, Fisher Battenfield, Uniloy, Akei, Aoki, Rocheleau, One Blow, Nissei or similar machinery and PET, HDPE or PVC resin very helpful!
• Experience making adjustments to production equipment processes to change material distribution, weights, heights, and other physical properties/dimensions, parison, etc.
• Knowledge of mold change procedures [changeover team, setup tech, process tech, super tech] and steps/methods for line changes
• We are also hiring experienced Blow Mold Machine Operators.
