Description:
New Life Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift Thermal Processing Operator for our client in the Souderton, PA area.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and replace furnace loads, as well as pack all orders.
- Display a willingness to acquire the knowledge needed to set up, pack, and operate Dihydride and Hydride Orders.
- Operate shop equipment, including furnaces, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the work area is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Adhere to shop work instructions and fulfill all customer labeling and packaging requirements.
- Adjust settings on programmers, recorders, and vacuum gauges as needed.
- Work productively while maintaining the company's quality standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Monday - Friday
3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED- Manufacturing or production experience with a furnace or heat-treating preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
