What you will do

Defines, designs, and develops analytics and metrics to identify the top process improvements and operational efficiencies focused on the Revenue Cycle Management Division within NAPA. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure project success. Ensure customer-centric programs are well executed. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies and have appropriate levels of certification for the role. Partne with RCM Ops and RCM vendor partners to support process and system improvements

Data Analysis and Visualizations

  • Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to team members and senior management
  • Collaborates with Director of OpEx to provide insights and analytics for optimization and simplification of processes, workflows
  • Building data models, performing complex analyses, and working on both onsite and offsite research
  • Collecting data and conducting research
  • Evaluating open-source and internally developed modeling and analytics tools using real business data
  • Integrating internal data with external data sources to discover and implement actionable insights
  • Designing and crafting rich data visualizations to communicate stories to clients and client company leadership team
  • Tracks and reports on current project metrics related to ROI, synergies, and value capture against targets
  • Ensure all financial reporting and models are properly approved by FP&A and delivered on time

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in relevant discipline from an accredited university.
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma Principles
  • One to Five years leadership experience with at least three years of process improvement or operations excellence experience
  • Proficient with use of computer and software applications including Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc..
  • Project management skills to ensure timeliness and milestone deliverables are in line with project workplan

Responsibilities

  • ·Ability to interface with Business and Technical Leaders throughout all levels of the organization
  • Identify and prioritize projects to improve the customer experience.
  • Create business specific quality management framework.
  • Develop and document standards, processes, controls, metrics and quality improvement activities.
  • Provide process mapping and content expertise on both internal and customer-facing processes
  • Design & monitoring of operational analytics
  • Executing other tasks assigned by management aimed at building analytical, problem-solving, and communication

Total Rewards:

  • Salary: $75,000 -95,000 per year
