Procedure Scheduler Job at Illinois Gastroenterology Group, LLC
GI Alliance of Illinois PLLC/Elgin Gastroenterology, a division of the GI Alliance, seeks an experienced F/T Procedure Scheduler for our Elgin location. The Procedure Scheduler position requires the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment, while presenting a professional demeanor, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Duties include but are not limited to: appointment and procedure scheduling for multiple physicians, face-to-face scheduling with patients in the office, posting all cases according to facility requirements, and representing the practice with a warm, caring attitude toward patients and visitors.
Qualification Requirements:
Two years’ medical office experience preferred; excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone; ability to multi-task; detail-oriented and results-driven; strong computer skills and knowledge of electronic health record systems (gGastro preferred). Bi-lingual language abilities (English/Spanish) are desired.
Hours:
Monday – Friday (no weekends)
