Pro-sys Operator

The DAP plant in Tipp City, OH need multiple Pro-sys Operator's for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The Prosys Operator will operate all Prosys line machines and adhere to all safety rules and standards. Responsibilities:

· Monitors, troubleshoots, and adjusts production line equipment.

· Manipulates all manual fill adjustment and case packer adjustments, in order to ensure proper dispensation of product into correct tubes and cartons.

· Replaces and changes tape rolls; adjusts speeds for filler

· Performs set ups and change overs for multiple lines, including setting of tanks with forklift.

· Sets video jets

· Maintains all fluid levels

· Cleans up spill

· Install fill cylinders and fill valves after maintenance cleaning.

· Dissemble and assemble machine

· Notifies supervisor or maintenance of non-conforming materials and malfunctioning equipment.

· Maintains paperwork according to line activity; including, but not limited to downtime, line checks and RAPCA recordkeeping

· Maintains good housekeeping in work area

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be able to acquire forklift license.

$21.53 (3rd shift)
