Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast growing federal contractor, is seeking a
Pricing Analyst
to compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in the Raleigh, NC office. Will consider remote but ideally near the Raleigh, NC location. The Pricing Analyst will review, analyze, and interpret procurement materials and utilize given information for use in pricing preparation. Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for protection of company pricing approach, satisfaction of customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy
- Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications
- Capture support, early rough order of magnitude support, cost proposal planning, creation and packaging, compliance reviews, and specific support of Customer negotiations, fact-finding, and audit
- Research and analyze historical data and develop cost models to support proposal efforts
- Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives
- Interact with personnel and management concerning matters of significance to the company related to cost proposals.
- Interface and coordinate with other business management leaders and staff on a daily basis.
- Provide reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and senior level reviews
- Perform task with little to no supervision
- Provide routine administrative support
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant experience in the federal contracting environment
- Strong proposal development skills; strategy development; and solid negotiation background
- Experience in regard to validation of estimates, estimating approaches, and data driven estimating
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other government regulations
- Experience with IDIQ pricing
- Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Advanced MS Excel and Word skills
- Able to learn standard proposal pricing tools
- Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills
