About the position: The President of Top Advantage Surfaces formulates the overall strategy for the company while providing leadership to the team. The position requires a thoughtful guide who is a confident decision maker. This leader will design the best practices that assist team members in achieving productivity levels they wouldn’t get to without the President’s guidance and coaching.

As the business leader, a focus on growth, financial discipline and profitability are also key requirements. The President is expected to accomplish this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
 Design a growth strategy and set goals to ensure the completion of this strategy
 Define budgets and optimize expenses and revenue to achieve and surpass budgetary goals
 Set policies and best practices to optimize team member and overall company performance
 Coach and mentor team members so that they grow continually stronger in their abilities and performance
 Recruit and train new team members with an eye towards maintaining a culture that is driven to serve others
 Drive the regular evaluation of individual performance with an orientation towards future growth through an understanding of past actions
 Analyze, evaluate and improve operations while optimizing financial performance
 Prepare and present regular reports and updates for senior leadership
 Be the safety champion with an uncompromising commitment to health and safety policies and practices
 Generate ideas and solutions to problems and challenges Essential Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a President or similar executive role
 Planning and budgeting experience
 Business acumen in the areas of Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.
 Strong analytical ability
 Excellent communication skills
 Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
 Problem solving aptitude
 BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus
