Twin Spring Farm Day School is seeking:
Assistant Teachers: Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten

We are seeking experienced candidates who will enrich the knowledge and work with 3 to 5 year olds. Our 30 acre campus offers a beautiful setting for a play based curriculum.

Applicants should:

• Be passionate about building positive relationships with children and families
• Have at least one year experience working with children in an early childhood setting.
• Promote a nurturing and learning environment
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Engage and encourage creativity through art, music, and play
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs, work indoors or outdoors.
• Must be able to engage in physical activities with the ability to lift, sit, stand or walk
• Have the ability to speak English
• Work collaboratively as a team with coworkers.

Monday - Friday

• Full Time - hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, September-June
• Summer Employment Available

Applicants should:

• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Engage and encourage creativity through art, music, and play
• Plan and implement activities that develop self-esteem and social skills with coworker
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs, work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to engage in physical activities with the ability to lift, sit, stand or walk
• Have the ability to speak, read and write English
• Work collaboratively as a team with coworkers.

All candidates will be required to provide:

• FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
• 2 Written Letters of Reference
• PA State Police Background Check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Current Health Assessment
• Copy of High School Degree and / or Certification
• CPR (within one month of employment)
